Oct 17, 2019 Cannot install Office 2019 onto Mac with Catalina version 10.15 Hello, I've just upgraded my mac to Catalina 10.15 (did the main OS upgrade and then did the patch to 10.15 that is now out), and Office 2019 will not install. The following is a sample configuration.xml file that can be used to either download or install the 64-bit version of Office Professional Plus 2019 in English using a shared folder on your local network and activate by using MAK.

There are several versions of Office that are referred to in this guide:
Office for Mac, which is available with any Microsoft 365 (or Office 365) plan that includes the Office desktop apps. For example, the Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan or the Office 365 E5 plan. This version is updated on a regular basis to provide new features. It also receives security and quality updates, as needed.
Office LTSC for Mac 2021, which is available through a volume licensing agreement. This version receives security and quality updates, as needed.
Office 2019 for Mac, which is available as a one-time purchase from a retail store or through a volume licensing agreement. This version receives security and quality updates, as needed.
